By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Made To Order
All of our products are made to order specially for you. This means each item is individually created once your order has been placed to help reduce waste and ensure every piece is produced with care.
Our current turnaround time is up to 14 working days before dispatch. Please note this does not include shipping or delivery times.
During busy periods, launches, or seasonal events, turnaround times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you directly.
Orders
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please ensure all order details, sizing, and delivery information are correct before completing checkout.
As orders move into production quickly, we may not be able to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or stock availability issues.
Colours & Product Appearance
We do our best to ensure product images and colours are displayed as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and device displays.
As each item is individually made, slight variations in print placement or garment colour may occur.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are listed in GBP (£).
Payment must be received in full before production of your order begins. We accept secure payment methods available at checkout.
Prices and promotions may change without notice.
Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the delivery provider.
Jo Beverley Designs is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Custom or personalised items
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised and made-to-order items may be exempt from standard cancellation rights.
However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
If approved, we will offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- Or a refund where appropriate
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. Items damaged through normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions will not be considered faulty.
Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, logos, images, and content on this website remain the property of Jo Beverley Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled securely and used only for order processing, customer service, and communications you have consented to receive.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
